Our Heavy Bag Workout Series will feature 12 rounds , 2 - 3 minute rounds, High Intensity Workout.  Each class will have a warm up and stretch and a cool down after the workout.  Results: Form + Function. Calorie Burn, Cardio Burn, Core Work, Interval Training, and Amazing Fun!  The Workouts Change Weekly.

Equipment Needed: Boxing Gloves (required)

Bags/Basic, provides an introduction course for beginners but great for all.   The class has the most instruction, but you will work up a sweat.

Bags + All, A full body workout to push you to higher fitness levels.

Bags + Kicks, Experience that will push students to engage their core with lower body strikes and movements.
